One of the topics that become the hottest topic lately is the global warming. We might only pay attention on global warming after the shocking fact that in the last ten years the North Pole has loosen more ice than in the last century. It shows that the climate has changed and the air temperature has increase into some critical levels. It also has made sea level to rise and threatens some countries in certain regions such as the Northeastern America, UK and China. Carbon dioxide global warming causes all the disasters in these regions that have taken lives and million dollars lost.
These facts make us believe on the great disaster that we have to face. Actually, global warming has been predicted since in the middle of the last century. Since the era of modernization where people built manufactures and industries all over the world, the air that we breathe in every second has been filled with the chemical parts from the chimneys of these factories. This is the beginning of the global warming. This polluted air, full of carbon dioxide stays in the atmosphere and makes the sunray trapped inside the atmosphere. This carbon dioxide global warming started from there. The trapped sunray makes the earth warmer than before, and changes the air temperature.
Leaders of numerous countries have signed the agreement of lowering the carbon dioxide global warming effects by supporting the manufacturers that produce the new products that can save more energy and release less waste. We can see now there is more electric car with no fuel waste at all. More people have gained their awareness and start to use the public transportation. These real actions are needed to decrease the level of global warming. We might unable to stop it in short of time, but if we change our way of life, we might able to give a better place for our children in this earth.
