How in demand will renewable energy jobs be in the near future?
by: Travis MabusI’m really worried about the economy and looking for a quick certification so I can have some sort of qualification in case it totally goes under. I found a 14 credit hour renewable energy certification at a community college. Do you think this will do any good for finding jobs?

Yes I think it will be a great help in getting jobs. I heard about a community college in Texas that teaches wind technology and people are getting hired before they graduate. You should try to flesh it out with other courses that employers would like as well though, and work with the career center at the college to find jobs and make sure your resume plays up the good parts of your education and experience.
